Are you grieving the loss of loved ones, your health or relationships? Or perhaps you are facing your own mortality or grieving through other major life transitions.

The Mindful Grieving Program offers a safe, accepting space for people going through all kinds of loss to grieve and heal together in community. Participants will have an opportunity to access their resilience and inner wisdom.

You are welcome to join a group, regardless of where you are in your grief journey.

Groups are typically six weeks, six months or nine months long.
I offer online groups or small in-person groups in Longmont/Boulder, CO.
